Salad: 2 10.5 oz. cans of mandarin oranges , drained Dressing: 1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt Combine salad dressing ingredients in blender. Blend well until smooth, about 30 seconds. Yields 2 cups. Serve immediately. In large salad bowl, add mandarin oranges, broccoli, red bell pepper, spinach, and romaine lettuce leaves. Toss until well blended. Add salad dressing as desired. Serves 6. |
