Salad: 2 cups Romaine Lettuce , chopped (pkgd. Salad) 6 Pears , halved, drained 2 cups Strawberries , halved 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded 1 cup Raisins , golden seedless 1/2 cup Pecan Pieces, roasted Dressing: 1 cup Mayonnaise, fat free 1/2 cup Strawberry Sundae or Ice Cream Topping In mixing bowl, combine fat-free mayonnaise and Strawberry Sundae topping. Blend until well blended. Store in sealed container and refrigerate at least 1-hour prior to serving. Preparation: Line serving plateau with Romaine Lettuce. Arrange pear halves on lettuce leaves. Sprinkle cheese, raisins and pecan pieces on top of pear halves and strawberries. Spoon strawberry dressing on each pear half. For a special treat, serve as a dessert salad.
