Ingredients 1 Packet Wiley's ® Beans & Peas Seasoning 2 lbs. Stew Beef 3 Carrots (cut up) 2 Celery Stalks (cut up) 1 Packet Frozen Niblet Corn 1 Packet Frozen Green Beans 2 Large Cans of Tomatoes 1 Large Can of Tomato Juice 6 White or Yellow Onions 5 Medium Potatoes Cubed Preparation In a very large pot/ Dutch oven cook stew beef in enough water to cover. Cook and simmer for approximately 45 minutes. Add carrots, celery, corn, green beans, tomatoes, tomato juice and onions. Then add Wiley's spice. Cook for 1-1/2 hours then add 5 potatoes cubed. Cook until potatoes are done. Potatoes will stick if added too early.
