With Honey Lemon Dressing 
| Ingredients 1/4 cup of pecan pieces 1 medium ripened unpeeled pear, cored, seeded and sliced 1 stalk celery, finely sliced 1 1/2 cup of romaine lettuce, washed, rinsed and dried 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped 2 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeeze | | Dressing: 1 teaspoon Wiley’s Citrus-Garlic Salad Jazz. 1 tablespoon honey 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed 1/8 cup olive oil Preparation: In salad bowl, combine pear slices with lemon juice, insuring that lemon juice covers the pear slices evenly. Once pear slices are covered, add celery, pecans and red onion. Then lightly toss romaine lettuce together with pear mixture. In small jar, add olive oil, lemon juice and honey. Close jar lid tightly and shake mixture until will blended. Pour dressing over salad and toss until well blended. Sprinkle salad with 1-2 teaspoons of Wiley’s Citrus-Garlic Salad Jazz and serve. |
