RECIPE
1 ½ lbs. tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and coarsely chopped
1 white onion, thinly sliced and pushed out into rings
1 14 oz. can Red Kidney Beans (drained and rinsed)
½ packet Wiley’s® Chili Lime Salad Jazz
3 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp lime juice
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
Place the chopped tomatoes and onion slices into large serving bowl and mix well. Stir in kidney beans.
Mix the olive oil, lime juice and Wiley’s® Seasoning in measuring cup.
Pour dressing over the salad and toss thoroughly. Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator.
