Wiley's Beans and Peas seasoning is a diversified flavor profile that will lend itself to other vegetable preparations. With a slight smoky flavor note its balance or flavors makes this Side dish very flavorful.
Ingredients 3 oz. Wiley's ® Beans & Peas Seasoning 1 lb. 6 oz. Green Beans 1 lb. 6 oz. Potato Wedges 2 lb. Water 1 tsp. Onion Powder ˝ tsp. Black Pepper, ground 1 tbs. Thyme, dry leave ˝ oz. Corn Starch ˝ oz. Flour Preparation: 1. ombine water with onion powder, black pepper, thyme, Beans & Peas Seasoning, Corn starch and flour. Blend well until completely dispersed. 2. Heat over a stovetop on medium-high heat till mixture has thickened. 3. Add potato wedged and cook till they have a tender bite. 4. Add the green beans and cook till tender with a bite. 5. Remove from heat and serve hot. 6. Hold at 140°F or above. Store at 40°F or below.
