Ingredients

1 Packet Wiley's ® Sweet Potato & Yam Spice
1 Cup mashed and cooked Sweet Potato
1/2 Cup mashed banana
1 Cup skim milk
2 Egg yolks beaten
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Cup raisins
Nonstick Cooking Spray

Preparation:
In a bowl, stir together sweet potato and banana. Add milk, blending well. Add Wiley's Sweet Potato & Yam Spice, egg yolks, and salt. Mix thoroughly. Spray 1 quart casserole dish with nonstick spray coating. Add sweet potato mixture to casserole. Sprinkle raisins over sweet potato mixture. Bake in preheated 300 degrees oven for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in casserole center is clean.
