Ingredients 1 Wiley's ® Sweet Potato & Yam Spice 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda 1 Teaspoon Cream of Tartar 2 Cups all Purpose Flour 1/2 Teaspoon Salt 1 Cup of Mashed Sweet Potatoes (room temperature) 1/2 Cup of Milk 4 Tablespoons Melted Butter Preparation: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Sift the dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. In separate bowl mix sweet potatoes, milk, and butter. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Work mixture into dough. Roll out dough about 1/2 inch thick. Place biscuits on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the tops brown. Serve immediately. Makes about a dozen biscuits.
