Citrus Breakfast Salad with Nuts and Dried Fruit Dressing |

Salad: 2 naval oranges, peeled, seeded and sectioned 2 tangerines, clementines or mandarins 1 pink grapefruit, peeled, sectioned and seeded 1/2 cup dried apples, cut into small pieces 1/2 cup dried cranberries 1/2 cup cranberry juice cocktail 1/2 cup orange juice 3 cup mesculun mix salad greens 2 tbsp honey In small bowl soak dried cranberries and apples in orange juice and cranberry juice cocktail for 45 minutes until soft. Once soft add honey to mixture. Stir and set aside. In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Blend well and cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
