Grapefruit Salad with Citrus French Dressing |

Salad: 2 cups romaine lettuce pieces (pkg. Salad) 2 cups fresh baby spinach , stemmed, washed and dried 2 red grapefruit , halved, seeded, and cut into segments 1/2 cup diced celery 2 scallion stems , diced Dressing: 1/3 cup grapefruit juice 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice 2 tbsp catsup 1 tbsp sugar In large salad bowl combine torn romaine and spinach leaves. Add grapefruit sections, celery and scallions. Toss gently.
In separate bowl, combine grapefruit juice and lemon juice. Add catsup and sugar to juice mixture. Toss until dressing is apparent on all salad leaves. Serve Immediately.
