Ingredients

1 Packet Wiley's ® Greens Seasoning
3 Large Potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 14 oz. Can Fat Free Chicken Broth
1/2 Cup Skim Milk
2 Cups Shredded Cabbage
1/2 Cup Diced Carrots

Preparation:
Combine the potatoes & Chicken Broth in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and boil until potatoes are tender, about 40 minutes. Place 1 cup of the cooked potato mixture in a food processor or blender. Add milk, mix until smooth, return to saucepan, and fold in all the ingredients. Cook for 8 - 10 minutes or until the carrots and cabbage are tender
