I have used this product for years and it tates great! At each family gathering my family insists that I make the greens. I live in Northern
California and I can't find it anywhere so thank God for this website! I would recommend any of Uncle Wiley's products to anyone that loves flavor
with out the fat and sodium.

This seasoning gives you greens the BAM it needs. It is delicious and makes them taste just right. My family and I have been using this seasoning for
years. It is very hard to find in the stores though so it is best to order off of the website.rnrnThanks Uncle Wiley for helping me hook my greens up

I am a born and raised southener and Lord knows that I would never admit that the family recipe for collard greens could ever have been improved upon.
I mean who needs more than a little fatback and the seasonings your Grandma taught u right? Well I happened to give this a try one year when our
local Grocery Store was out of the seasonings that I needed. I was blown away with how the greens turned out. They were absolutley wonderfu! I always
use Wileys seasoning when I cook greens now. Just SHHHH!!!! Dont tell Grandma!
